Topical. Recommended dose: Adults: Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. Do not tightly bandage. For external use only. Apply to a small body area only, 1 to 3 times per day. Rub and/or massage into skin until solution vanishes. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Not for oral use. Recommended duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/doctor/physician for use beyond 7 days. For occasional use only. Recommended use or purpose: Temporarily relieves aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with one or more of the following: Simple backache, lumbago, strains and sprains (involving muscles, tendons, and/or ligaments), and arthritis. Used un aromatherapy to help relieve joint/muscle pain associated with sprain/strain/rheumatoid arthritis. Risk Information, Known Adverse Reactions: Stop use and get medical help right away if you experience pain, swelling or blistering. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy, rashes, and/or burning discomfort occur. Stop use if you experience nausea, dizziness, headache, an allergic reaction, or skin irritation. Cautions and Warnings: Stop use and consult a health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/doctor/physician if symptoms worsen, or re-occur within a few days. Avoid exposure of applied area(s) to the sun. Consult a health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/doctor/physician prior to use if your have epilepsy or asthma. Keep out of reach of children. Seek urget medical attention or contact a Poison Control Centre if accidental ingestion occurs. Contra-Indications: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use this product on broken, irritated, or sensitive skin.
